Before contacting support
For version 1.3 shared tables, check your internet connection and make sure everyone has the latest app version. For optional Game Center features, check Game Center in iOS Settings.
Multiplayer
Starting with version 1.3, create a table for two to four people, share its link, and have everyone tap Ready. The creator then starts the game. You can also paste the 12-letter table code. Keep the app open while playing. If disconnected, return within 60 seconds; a longer absence forfeits your seat. Tables expire after 24 hours. Earlier versions used Game Center invitations and cannot join these tables.
Common questions
Do I need an account?
No. Jacks Wild has no custom account system. Shared-link tables need no sign-in, and Game Center is optional for achievements and leaderboards.
Does Jacks Wild cost anything?
No. Jacks Wild is free, with no ads, subscriptions, or in-app purchases.
Can I play offline?
Yes. Solo games against AI opponents play offline. Shared-link multiplayer tables require an internet connection.
A friend can't join my table.
Make sure everyone is on version 1.3 or later and connected to the internet. Tables hold up to four players and expire after 24 hours, so create a new one if the invitation is old.
How do I stop table talk or mute someone?
Long-press a player to mute them for the rest of the game, or turn table talk off in the game menu or in Settings.
How do I reset my stats?
Stats and progress are stored on your device. Deleting the app removes them. Game Center achievements and leaderboards are managed by Apple.
