These terms cover your use of the Jacks Wild app and this website, provided by AutoSolve Labs ("we", "us"). By downloading or using Jacks Wild, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

The app

Jacks Wild is a card strategy game for iPhone. It is free to download and has no ads, subscriptions, or in-app purchases. We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the app on Apple devices you own or control, as permitted by Apple's Media Services Terms and Conditions. Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies; if it conflicts with these terms, these terms govern to the extent allowed.

Multiplayer tables and table talk

Shared-link tables, table talk, Game Center, and SharePlay let you play and talk with other people. When you use them, you agree to:

• Choose a display name and send table talk lines that are not offensive, harassing, hateful, sexually explicit, or impersonating anyone.
• Share table invitations only with people you want at your table.
• Not cheat, tamper with the app or our servers, automate play, or disrupt games for other players.

Table talk is filtered and rate limited, but we cannot review every line, and other players are responsible for what they send. You can mute a player or turn table talk off at any time. We may limit or block access to multiplayer features to protect other players or the service.

Apple services

Game Center and SharePlay are provided by Apple and are subject to Apple's terms and your Apple Account settings. We are not responsible for Apple services or their availability.

Availability

Multiplayer requires an internet connection and depends on third-party infrastructure. Tables expire after 24 hours. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features, including multiplayer, at any time. Solo play does not depend on our servers.

Ownership

The app, its design, artwork, and name are owned by AutoSolve Labs or its licensors. Fonts are used under the SIL Open Font License. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer the app except as allowed by law.

No warranty

Jacks Wild is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not promise the app will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that saved games, stats, or tables will never be lost.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AutoSolve Labs is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, arising from your use of the app. Some places do not allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.

Apple

These terms are between you and AutoSolve Labs, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the app or its content, has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for it, and is a third-party beneficiary of these terms with the right to enforce them against you.

Changes

We may update these terms. When we do, we will change the date above. Continuing to use Jacks Wild after an update means you accept the updated terms.
